Implements lessons aligned to learning outcomes that provide opportunities for continuous student growth and skill development. Promotes a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized and small group instruction, and student learning. Is proficient in both interpretive and interpersonal spoken and written Spanish. Works collaboratively and interdependently with colleagues in the World Language Department. Develops and administers the world language curriculum consistent with department goals and objectives. Relevant experience in high school instruction is preferred.
